I offer an initial 20-minute telephone consultation free of charge. This is to get an insight into how we might work together, and answer any questions you may have related to therapy.

 

Sessions take place online or in person in Wishaw and Motherwell, North Lanarkshire.

Discounts available for block bookings of 6 sessions.

I don't provide crisis counselling or work with clients at high risk of self-harm. If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 (UK) now.

I aim to reply within 2 business days. I don’t monitor messages continuously and cannot respond to urgent or crisis situations.
